Index-Predict the ADMET of peptides

Only supports single-chain small-molecule peptides (AA: 2-50).

SMILES must be provided for both modified and natural peptides, as this format enables representation of peptides with any type of modification.
Natural peptides or those with simple modification can obtain SMILES using:

Complex modified peptides require a structure editor to generate SMILES.
